Merit Info DOES NOT deserve a rating of 5/5.. It DESERVES a rating of 7 or 8!! These guys are totally unbelievable. They provided me a WORKING DEMO of my project BEFORE I awarded them the project. They were very responsive, they understood the project requirements, the list goes on. I have been using developers for a couple years now, and have not really had any BAD experiences, but I never had any experience that Merit Info gave; customer service to the nines! And extremely competitive pricing. If I need any more software development work done, I will be fist contacting Merit Info to see if they want to take it, before I think about posting... If you don''t select these guys, then I really don''t know what benefit the other bidder had, but it might be a mistake on your part. IF I had anything negative to say about the product that was delivered to me... It would be that the GUI is a little "rough." Now that really is not a bad thing, as "prettying" up the GUI would not improve the functionality, and since this project is an internal application, it doesn''t need to be "pretty." And I will also say that I am glad that Merit Info didn''t waste time (thus delaying the project) making it look good. The functionality is 110%. I am sure that if you were creating a project for sale, or wanted the "bells and whistles" Merit Info could provide you with such. In short, these guys are just produce simply amazing work, and you should STRONGLY consider them for your next project. Truly deserve a rating greater than 5!

I've contracted out probably 100 projects in the past 10 years or so, using all the online contracting services as well as direct contract via freelancer websites...etc. I think Merit Info has been the very best I''ve worked with in all that time. Merit Info was extremely knowledgeable, understood very intricate details that shows his English is extremely good and I was constantly surprised by how communicative and amenable he was to what I needed, even when it changed midstream. I even offered to pay more for some things that I felt were out of the scope of the original project, but he declined to charge me extra. If you don''t go with these guys, I''d absolutely love to know who you did go with because they must have written a REALLY good proposal for you to pass on these guys. Well, my experience lived up to that of others - he understood the project in an instant and we had a working demmo BEFORE we accepted the bid. I have worked with many developers for about five years, and these guys are the absolute best. In order to make the work, you have to find developers that have the skills, have good customer service, and know how to bid on a project and stick to the budget. For me, this is why I like them. They have communicated with me every step of the process, they never came to me for more money, and they have great development skills. They are extremely knowledgeable about technology, and feasibility of different technology uses. I would make them my first stop on all my technology projects, no matter what. 100% trustworthy, and professional. I would at least talk to these guys, before I went anywhere else.

There aren't enough words to describe how satisfied i am with the results of my project. I could not have found a better company to work with. They are extremely good at what they do and very professional and diligent. I would recommend anyone to look no further and choose these guys for your next project.
